This was the first time I had used the Rendezvous Alkalinity Up.Just the adition of a small amount brought the alkalinity to the proper level, where it stays.

Applications:
To Increase Total Alkalinity:
Determine the level of total alkalinity. If the value is below 75 ppm, add sufficient ALKALINITY UP directly to the water - to increase the total alkalinity value to at least 75 ppm.
2-1/2 tbs. will provide approximately 10 ppm increase in total alkalinity for 500 gallons of water.
Wait several hours for ALKALINITY UP to distribute uniformly before rechecking total alkalinity level. Repeat as necessary.

Tips:
After adding ALKALINITY UP, wait several hours before rechecking total alkalinity level.

Compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone and biguanide sanitizers.
