Located this pool filter cartridge at Amazon and ordered online.Arrived a few days later (selected free shipping but it still arrived 3 days later) and was very pleased with the quality.Installed it in my pump filter unit and it has worked very well.Bought my previous cartidge at a local pool store for 2.5X the cost. Wish I had known about this then!A word of wisdom for new pool owners like myself (actually a new home owner with an old pool).Most pools built today have DE filter units, not a cartridge.A cartridge unit is definitely old technology.To increase the particle trapping ability of the cartridge (DE is much more efficient) you should add DE or Pur-Fiber to the skimmer.It will get taken up and coat the filter making it more efficient at trapping small particles like algae.
