Pool 15 Ft Telescopic Pole Review

I bought one of these poles from Calsplash and it arrived with the locking rings clamped down so tight that when I finally broke one loose, it removed the other half of the ring from the pole itself. I posted a review, gave the product two stars (not one star because I like the pole, I just got a bad one) and noted the problem. To me it was easier to just fix it instead of return it. No biggie. Never talked to CalSplash or Swimline about the problem. Yesterday I received a replacement direct from Swimline! Now THAT is product support and customer service! Calsplash and Swimline have just acquired a new loyal customer. Thanks!
