This tester is much better than trying to define shades of yellow and red, but it is not as repeatable as the DP test where you count drops until a color change.I really like it for daily tests. With the OTO (yellow colors), I couldn't tell the difference between 3 and 5 ppm of chlorine.At least I don't have to guess with this.It gives a number that appears to be reasonably accurate.
