Would not order from these people.Placed my order nearly a week ago and was promised FAST FREE FEDEX DELIVERY.
The order doesn't even register on Amazon.com.Guess that is my fault for not being observant enough.Regardless..went to check the delivery tonight on their website and my order number says....Sorry, check back in 30 minutes as this order was just placed (in reality it was 5 days ago).Anyway.... they did email me to tell me that my FAST FREE FEDEX DELIVERY will be sometime after 5/15....another two weeks from now!!!This is pool season and it is needed NOW! Guess I will just contact my credit card company and see if they will cancel the charge.DEFINETLY NOT AS EXPECTED THROUGH THIS AMAZON WEBSITE.No brainer that I will never order from the Pool Cleaner Superstore.BEWARE>>>They have a bunch of other websites out there with differnt names but same platform.Since all this happened, I called them to talk to one of their pool cleaner specialists.I got a teenage girl that admitted she has never had experience with pools and no idea what I was talking about with regard to my pool cleaner question.Again...BUYER BEWARE!I lied on my reviews...I consider them 0 stars.
