I ordered this product in two sizes from Poolcenter (using an outside link provided by Amazon). I have not yet used the product but when the package arrived only the smaller tube was in there. I called to inquire why and was told that we had only ordered this. I explained that our credit card had been charged for both products, she then said that the larger tube was no longer available and the price had been refunded to the card. It would have nice to have been notified of this and given the option of changing the order or canceling it all together.During this time we did receive emails confirming the order and encouraging us to buy more from them.

Since this they have updated Amazon so that only the small size is available but the price has gone from $15.00 per tube to $25.00 per tube.
