We had to return this product multiple times due to broken parts.Specifically, the plastic step-supports on the main poles.The manufacturer uses tightly wrapped bubble-wrap to protect these parts and the sharp corners end up with no protection.They either need to use a lot more bubble wrap or, better yet, molded styrofoam.Be sure to check for the broken parts - if the supports are damaged, the ladder could conceivably collapse during use.
