Automatic Swimming Pool Cleaner Review

I owned a Kreepy Kadet and had to replace it because it wore out after ten years. I bought this one because of the better price and just can't seem to get it to go right. It either kinks up the hose and won't go anywhere or when I adjust it the other way the hose relaxes but the vacuum won't go, especially uphill. I don't know what to do with it.
